Rates & Payment
Rates start at $269 per night + taxes (rates vary by season).
$45 per additional guest per night after the first two guests.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due one day prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Damage Deposit
A $50 per night pre-authorization (damage deposit) will be held on your card and released after checkout.
