Company Cancellation: In making a reservation with Wallace River Ranch you acknowledge that we reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time due to severe weather conditions, mechanical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances. If your reservation is cancelled at our discretion you may choose to receive a future stay credit or a full refund.

Cancellation made more than 14 days before arrival - Admin fee of $25

Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund on the deposit. Cancellations made wtihin 7 days or less, the entire stay is non-refundable.
