Our current packages are listed below. Please note that some packages may have limitations and availability may be limited, or change without notice. Taxes and Gratuities extra, cancellation policies apply, packages are subject to availability. Maximum capacity per dome is four people. Our check-in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11.30am. Points can only be redeemed when they cover the full cost of the stay (partial redemptions are not possible).

Wallace River Rewards — Terms & Conditions

Points are non-transferable. Reward points are linked to the guest profile associated with the email used at the time of booking and cannot be shared, gifted, or combined with another guest’s account.

Same email required. To earn or redeem points, all reservations must be made under the same email address used on your previous stays.

Reservations must be made through “My Reservations.” Points can only be viewed and redeemed when booking directly through the My Reservations portal on our website.

Full-stay redemption only. Points may only be applied when the available point balance covers the entire cost of the stay. Partial redemptions are not possible.

Points automatically accumulate. Points are added after each stay is completed and reflect the total amount paid for accommodation before any redeemed rewards.

No cash value. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.

All point calculations are based on pre-tax totals. Taxes, fees, and add-ons do not earn points.

Subject to availability. Reward redemptions must follow all standard booking policies, minimum night requirements, blackout dates (if applicable), and availability at the time of booking.

Program updates. Wallace River Ranch may update or modify the Rewards Program at any time. Any changes will be listed on this page.
