At Wallace River Ranch, we are proud to be part of our local community and truly appreciate the many wonderful organizations, events, teams, and causes that reach out to us for support.
As a very small, family-owned business, Wallace River Ranch is also our family’s livelihood. Our resources are limited, and every complimentary stay, gift certificate, or donation represents real income and operating costs for our business. For that reason, unfortunately, we are not able to contribute to every request we receive.
We carefully select a limited number of causes to support each year, with priority given to local initiatives that align closely with our values and community.
We truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for thinking of Wallace River Ranch when seeking support for your organization or event.
Donation Request Criteria
To help us support our community in a fair and sustainable way, Wallace River Ranch considers donation requests based on the following guidelines:

Priority is given to local organizations, schools, community groups, youth programs, agricultural initiatives, and animal-related causes.

Requests should benefit the local community or a recognized charitable/community initiative.

We generally do not provide donations for individual fundraisers, personal expenses, GoFundMe campaigns, travel expenses, or private fundraising efforts.

Organizations may receive a donation from Wallace River Ranch once per calendar year.

Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event or fundraiser.

Donation requests must be submitted through our official donation request process. Requests sent through social media, personal messages, or directly to family members may not be considered.

Donations are typically provided as gift certificates, experiences, or other in-kind contributions rather than cash.

Complimentary stays and accommodation donations are subject to availability and may include date restrictions or blackout periods.

Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation. Our annual community-giving budget is limited, and once it has been allocated, we may be unable to consider additional requests for that year.

Due to the volume of requests we receive, donation inquiries are only reviewed if submitted through our website form.
We appreciate the work so many organizations and volunteers do in our community and thank you for understanding that, as a small family business, we have to be selective about the causes we are able to support.
How to Submit a Donation Request
Donation requests can be emailed to info@wallaceriverranch.ca.
Please include the following information in your email:

Name of the organization, group, or event

Contact person and contact information

Date and location of the event or fundraiser

A brief description of the organization or cause

Who will benefit from the fundraiser

What type of donation you are requesting

How the donation will be used

Deadline for receiving the donation

Any relevant website, social media page, or supporting information
Please submit requests at least 30 days in advance.
Due to the number of requests we receive, only requests submitted with the above information will be considered. Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation, and we may not be able to respond individually to every request.
Community Giving
Over the years, Wallace River Ranch has been happy to support a number of local organizations, community events, youth initiatives, fundraisers, and causes that are important to our area.
We are proud to give back when we can, whether through donated stays, gift certificates, experiences, or other contributions. Because we are a small family business, we intentionally keep our annual giving limited so that we can continue to support causes in a meaningful and sustainable way.
