Wallace River Ranch is home to a lovable crew of animals, including:
• Highland cow
• Donkey
• Ponies & Horse
• Goats
• Babydoll sheep
• Pigs (seasonal)
• Bunnies
• Chickens & Ducks
Our ranch is primarily reserved for guests staying with us, creating a peaceful and immersive farm experience. However, outside visitors are welcome on select dates for a small entry fee. Just reach out to us book your visit.

Outside of the public visit days:
Outside guests are welcome to schedule a private ranch tour! Come visit the herd, explore the property, and experience a little taste of life at Wallace River Ranch. Your tour will be guided by Eva (11 years old) who will show close up each animal, after which you are welcome to explore on your own.

Please note: Parking is available at the main house driveway at 689 Kerrs Mill Rd for scheduled visits.
Please note: Our guest domes are private accommodations and will not be accessible during the visit.

At Wallace River Ranch, our mission is to create meaningful, hands-on connections between people and animals in a safe, respectful, and joyful environment.
Through our petting zoo experiences, we hope to spark curiosity, encourage kindness, and foster a deeper appreciation for rural life, one hoof, paw, and happy squeal at a time.
Visitor Guidelines
To keep our animals happy and our guests safe, please follow these simple rules:

Do not feed animals unless feed is provided or permitted by staff.

Always approach animals calmly and gently - no chasing or shouting.

Children must be supervised at all times.

No climbing on fences or enclosures.

Wash or sanitize hands after animal contact.

No outside food, treats, or pets allowed.

Respect posted signs and staff instructions.

Use street parking only along the gravel road.

Do not pick up or sit on animals.

Please wear appropriate footwear.

Animal interactions are at your own risk.

Photos are welcome, but please no flash.

No smoking or vaping in or near the animal areas.

Weather may affect availability. (pony rides or tours may be paused in heavy rain or extreme heat.)
