Winter Day-Use | February Only Step into a quiet winter escape at Wallace River Ranch with our private Bear Dome Outdoor Sauna & Hot Tub Experience—available exclusively in February while our domes are closed. Enjoy 3 hours of exclusive access to our outdoor sauna and hot tub, surrounded by fresh winter air and the peaceful natural setting of the ranch. Warm up by the propane firepit, take breaks under the open sky, and slow down in a space designed for rest, connection, and contrast between hot and cold. This is a private, small-group experience, perfect for couples, friends, or a wellness reset during the quieter winter season. Cancellation Policy
1. Experience Overview Session Length: 3 hours (private, exclusive use) Amenities Included: Outdoor sauna, hot tub, propane firepit, towels Washroom Access: Indoor washroom access inside the Bear Dome only (no overnight use) 2. Booking & Payment Payment: $25 deposit required at the time of booking. Remaining amount due on session day. Minimum Booking: A minimum session charge applies (based on posted pricing), regardless of group size. Group Size: Maximum group size will be clearly stated at booking; all guests must be included in the reservation. 3. Arrival & Timing Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will not extend your booking. Sessions end promptly to allow for cleaning and resetting. Early arrivals or overstaying may result in additional charges. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations: More than 72 hours before your session: full refund or reschedule. Within 72 hours of your session: non‑refundable. Weather: This is a winter outdoor experience. Bookings proceed in cold, snow, or light rain. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, Wallace River Ranch may reschedule or refund at its discretion. 5. Health & Safety Guests use the sauna, hot tub, and firepit at their own risk. Not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or other medical concerns without consulting a healthcare provider. Alcohol consumption should be moderate; intoxicated guests may be asked to leave without refund. Children must be supervised at all times. 6. Use Rules & Conduct Showering before use is encouraged. Proper swimwear is required. No glass containers permitted in the sauna or hot tub area. Please respect the property, equipment, and surrounding nature. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or damage to property may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. 7. Property Access This booking provides day‑use access only to the outdoor wellness area and washroom. Access to other areas of the ranch, accommodations, or facilities is not included. 8. Liability Waiver By booking and attending this experience, all guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sauna, hot tub, and outdoor winter conditions and release Wallace River Ranch from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law. 9. Agreement By completing a booking, the primary guest confirms that all members of their group have read, understood, and agree to this booking policy.
