Service Description
Add a little extra magic to your ranch visit with a gentle, guided ride — perfect for young animal lovers! Children will be matched with either our sweet little pony or a calm, full-size horse based on their age and size: 🐎 Children up to 7 years old (and under 75 lbs) will ride our small pony 🐴 Older children will be matched with a full-size horse for a relaxed, lead-line ride Each child will enjoy 3 calm rounds in our round pen, guided by a team member. There’s also time to meet, pet, and connect with the animal before and after. 🪖 We provide safety helmets for all riders 👟 Closed-toe shoes are required — no crocs or slippers, please! 📋 A quick liability form must be completed before the ride

Cancellation Policy – Wallace River Ranch Tours & Pony Rides We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate! That said, our animals and team are scheduled specifically for your visit, so we kindly ask you to follow the policy below: ✅ Free Cancellation or Rescheduling: Up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour or pony ride No charge — just let us know by email or message ❌ Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours or No-Shows: Full amount will be charged or added to your room bill Pony rides may be rescheduled only if availability allows 🌧️ Rainy Day Policy: We do not cancel for light rain or drizzle — it’s a working ranch, and the animals are used to all kinds of weather In case of severe weather (thunderstorms or unsafe conditions), we’ll reach out to reschedule or issue a refund
